Our Story
Our founder Riaz Taplin began his career developing luxury homes, but as he saw the housing crisis worsen across California, he changed course. He decided to dedicate himself to creating accessible housing for the urban workforce– renters who have typically been forced to leave the city or sacrifice style, quality, and independence for location.
With deep experience in creating spaces that are both beautiful and functional, Riaz resolved to create better living experiences within more people's budgets. The result is ArtHaus, a range of spaces designed to fit the range of your needs, always built for value, style, and ease.
