We build near transit and urban amenities, enabling car free living. Our buildings all have walk, bike, and transit scores above 75%.
All ArtHaus communities run on electric energy , and a large percentage of communities use solar as well.
We use wood frame construction wherever possible, allowing for a 25% reduction in overall carbon footprint compared to concrete and steel.
ArtHaus Power is our proprietary energy company, providing clean energy to all of our properties. All ArtHaus properties are powered by electric energy, and a large number are supplemented by solar power. All of our communities in development will incorporate solar energy.
